Seeger K-rings for shafts and bores have several tabs uniformly distributed over their circumference. The tapered shape of the actual ring corresponds to the contour of the Seeger ring to DIN 471/472. The height of the tabs is centrically limited with respect to the axis of the shaft or bore. Seeger K rings are particularly suitable for concealed assembly.
Applications:
- Securing machine components with large edge spacings, chamfers or bounded contours such as roller bearings,
- As spacers between pipes in heat exchangers.
